see all reviewsThe staff were kind, and the place was very clean. There was a language difference, which made the initial interaction a bit stressful because I thought the massage lady was telling me I needed to call and make an appointment. I was able to figure out she asked me to call the phone number to confirm I was there for my 4:30 apt- even though I showed her on Classpass. I arrived 10 minutes early, and my appointment started 10 minutes late (sat in the waiting area). When transitioning me to the room, she said she would return in 5 minutes, but there was not a clear instructions if this was the time to get settled on the massage table. The massage itself was good and she kept me over for the 10 minutes, which I appreciated. I think there could be procedures to help the experience run more smoothly & not cause stress.
