    Rumble Boxing

It was my first time and I had no idea what to expect. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and gave me a tour and instructions. The workout itself was great. Shannon went over all the moves, but there are screens that demonstrate them too as well as spell out the patterns. Shannon was awesome and made everyone feel comfortable, encouraging us by name. Awesome gym!

    The Basics

The General is an awesome instructor ! He’s very meticulous and he focused heavily on form and technique during “The Essentials” class, which I loved and haven’t quite found at any other boxing gym in the city….and believe me I’ve tried them all. This place is a hidden gem! The classes are intimate, about 8-10 people per class and you get a lot of individualized attention which is amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

    Gym Time

I really don't understand the bad reviews- it's a nice gym. It isn't the newest but it's definitely not falling apart either. It's clean and has a large variety of equipment. If you're expecting equinox- you'll be disappointed but It's a great gym to go in, do what you have to do, and go home.

    Boxing Bagwork - Fight Shape

Randall was awesome. Got to talking about his dream gym that he got up and running. This place is still fairly new to the scene but completely worth the bang for your buck. Got 1:1 instruction from Randall. Worked on footwork and heavy bag combinations. This gym is impeccable! I’ll def be returning to do more mitt work and take advantage of the open gym. I just got into boxing not too long ago and this is the perfect dream gym for me. I can hit the free weights, deadlift area, squat rack and the diverse cardio machines on days I need a break from the classes. One stop shop! If you’re a why kinda guy/gal and want to know why your punch should land a certain way or why/how to slip/roll then this is your place. Great location personally for me and a clean gym!
