    I liked this facility, the yoga room was large and there were squares marked out on the floor. Plenty of space for social distancing. I liked David and it was a good workout. A little difficult since I’ve not done any yoga for 7 months!

    Super fun instructor and such welcoming owners! My first time there and felt like a regular the moment I walked in. This was a super fun class with a little cardio mixed in, some postures in the air just for funzies, and rewarding stretches in between. Challenging but not too intense. highly recommend if you are looking to spice up your yoga routine, or mix a little something different into your standard fitness regimen. I will be back :)

    Intro to Ninja

    The class was crazy (In a good way)! I didn’t think I would be able to run up at 10 foot wall, swing from one bar and grab another bar or trampoline between two walls and then crawl across it without roughing the floor!! It was Super fun and I can’t wait to go again.

    Deep Stretching

    Very different (but good class.) The floor was padded and no mat was needed. There was some stretching and warm up exercises to get the blood flowing in the body. A good bit if energy work. Nothing traditional about this class, but was very cool to try.

    Wow, am I sore! This was a high-intensity class that kept me on my toes. We did classic warm up moves then basic moves on the bag, varying focus on speed, intensity and technique. I felt physically challenged and had fun! Not too hard to pick up the mental game.
