    Pilates Playground 2nd floor

The studio was serene and immaculate. I had a wonderful time in the playground class with Spencer. I have been taking Pilates mat and reformer on and off for >30 years but I have never seen the toys that were featured in this class. A kind of missile with handgrips which challenges your balance and core and TRX were among my favorites. The teacher was chill and magnetic and made helpful corrections in the class. Recommend!

    Barre

Class is challenging as you’re using muscle groups that you typically don’t if not a regular ballet practitioner, but Catherine is so lovely and encouraging and does so much to help you endure! A real workout, as well as lively & fun! 🩰✨

    Pole 101 Fundamentals

Tried pole dancing for the first time and I honestly loved it. I went in a little nervous, but the instructor made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to guide me whenever I needed help. I learned so much in just one class and left feeling more confident and excited to come back. Such a great experience overall 🤍

Heated Slow Flow w/ Sound Bath

Very unique set up for hot yoga - I enjoyed it! It's not like the typical infrared studio, so the heat hits your body a little differently. It really does feel like you're doing yoga on the beach! 😌 The space is super cute as well, very traditional old school set up where you come in, take your shoes off and go right into the studio to get settled. Love a self check in as well. Ella was lovely and her sequence was so grounding and energizing. Can't wait to come back!
