I had a lot of confusion the day because the therapist wasn’t there and they were really nice and rescheduled me, I had complications with parking and was a few minutes late and they only honored the 60 minutes from the scheduled time , not arrival time. After several calls it was finally cleared up. $20/hour per person tip is compulsory unless you are okay to be humiliated not knowing “flushing rule” or get treated badly. Massage itself is good.
