Jessanya gave great hands on assist and reminded everyone to adjust to their own variations. I felt amazing after the class and can’t wait to come back next Saturday! see all reviewsGreat space, the instructor was on point with his teaching, even though I was about five to seven minutes late Into the yoga class and my second time doing yoga so I’m not experience at all and I was really struggling with most of the move. I think as a instructor you should help out the ones who need a little direction . But overhaul it was a great class. If I remember there was one move I was struggling with , I remember he came over to help with my hand and my back and I was saying to myself “finally” i’m getting some assistance.
