    Bikini Boot Camp

    I knew I was in trouble when I saw Kacie's arms- she is so ripped! The class was hard, really hard. She mixed cardio, weights, the rubber band, abs and kettle bells in alternating exercises. Expect a ton of squats, lunges, burpees and arm weight exercises. I work out a lot but not a ton of boot camp classes, and I know I won't be walking normally all week. Excellent way to start the week by burning off the weekend excesses. My only complaint is there wasn't much end of class stretching. Will definitely be back.

    POWER HOUR

    Deadly! This class is a tough workout and never the same thing twice so it doesnt get boring. You can modify most exercises but just due to the format I would recommend some experience with basic strength training - youll get more out of the class.
