    F45 The 9s definitely was a challenging engaging workout that pushed me! Ryan was great guiding me throughout the workout because getting a hang of the stations and quick movements was a tad hard for me but something that with practice (and assistance)I could definitely see myself getting the hang of. I love that the workouts leave you sweating and your heart rate up in just 45 minutes!

    Super awesome workout space- I really liked having the benches with all the weights included so you didn’t have to stop your workout to change weights. Bailey was a nice and welcoming instructor. My only complaint is that the mic Bailey had was really fuzzy and the music was loud so sometimes it was really hard to hear what she was saying. I got the movements from visual cues but I didn’t know how many reps/sets to do at many points in the workout. Overall a really fun, effective workout in 30 minutes. I will be back!
