With pilates, barre classes, I normally have the need to gently checkin with myself by adding some extra yoga time at home. In that regard, this class feels complete and balanced in itself :) the instructor was so cheerful and encouraging! Excitement and calmness both achieved!

I felt we could stay in alignment with the Hatha style and not sacrifice any components of the class this way. Preethi was a very knowledgeable teacher!
