    Tone & Cycle

This isn’t the first of Rachael’s classes that I’ve taken and all (including this one) are phenomenal! She always does exciting theme rides, the music is 10/10, and she is an engaging instructor who deeply cares about her riders! She always makes sure we all know the moves and encourages us to push and excel. I love Rachael’s classes and will continue to ride and dance to her awesome music and themes!

Erin and fire & flow are the best combo! It’s the perfect combo of yoga with a mix of boot camp too. HIIT for sure, but the yoga helps balance things out. Very unique, challenging class!

    Connect (45 Mins)

First time taking the Connect class. I didn’t realize that this meant “no leaderboard/stats data.” The class is focused on YOU tuning in to the bike and your own body to figure out how fast to go and how much gear you need. (You can still turn your monitor on IF you want your stats.) I’m usually a competitive person lol, but it was actually nice to “just ride,” especially at 830am. #ClassPassInsider

The teacher was excellent and tailored the class to the level of the clients. The place is peaceful and clean, and the room was perfectly hot for hot yoga. A day later, I can still feel every muscle was worked!

    Group HIIT Class

Modern, big and clean space with a wide range of equipment that allows for all types of exercises. Welcoming atmosphere and workout is on screen. It would have been even better if there was more proactive coaching for form corrections or notes but it’s available if you ask for it.

    Luxuriate Slow Flow

The instructor of the class, along with the owner of the studio were so welcoming and friendly. The studio gives a warm and authentic neighborhood vibe, like everyone knows each other (but not in a way that makes you feel like an outsider if it’s your first time). It’s the opposite of intimidating. That feeling, along with the perfectly structured class, left me feeling like I was floating out of the studio. Looking forward to returning to this special place!
