    Metabolic Conditioning Class

    This class is no joke! This class is tough but manageable and the real deal. Feels like you have a personal trainer in a small group setting! You do a series of workout stations with a partner and do 4 sets of exercises for 30 seconds each. They might be squats, lunges, pulling a huge thing across the floor, etc. People in the class seemed to be regulars and they were totally welcoming and supportive. The owner even helped me out with a pair of (clean) socks because I was a hot mess and forgot to bring some. What a nice person and a great class!

    Hump Day Pump Day

    A good workout/strength class but it wasn’t my best experience at One Academy. A lot of time is lost for the explanation, the circuit of 10-15 exercises is only explained at the start of the class and there are no written outlines to remind you what to do throughout. Also, there weren’t many modifications offered and the ones that were offered were still quite advanced. It is still a friendly environment.
