Enjoyed the class and liked that you could scale it based on how much weight you used. Instructor is really involved and watching everyone’s form to correct if needed. Love the emphasis on choosing the weight you want/feel is best, whereas most gyms/fitness classes push you to always go heavier.

    REVOLUTIONS - COMMUNITY CLASS

Ankit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor! He was silly and encouraging and really fun to be part of his class! I’d take his class again!

    Team Conditioning (Open to All)

Took my 1st class here and it was a fun class! As others commented, you can sense there’s camaraderie b/w coaches and members and all were welcoming. I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!
