    Enjoyed the class and liked that you could scale it based on how much weight you used. Instructor is really involved and watching everyone’s form to correct if needed. Love the emphasis on choosing the weight you want/feel is best, whereas most gyms/fitness classes push you to always go heavier.

    Tanya is simply one of the best instructors in SF. Ive been practicing in the city for over 4 years and always prioritizing practicing with Tanya at Moxie when I can. She does a great job of offering a class for all levels and keeping an eye on safe posture. She is also just the best human, which is icing on the cake!
