All the small details that most studios don’t have which engage all the senses like cold scented towels, lighting, music and overall great clean studio which is super important for hot yoga. I’m happy I found a yoga studio I love!

It was different than the typical yoga I’ve gone to before, but I love how it’s a slowed down approach that allows you to feel those deep stretches… even when they don’t feel too great, ha!
