Very personal sized class, studio was beautiful and clean, Tiffany was incredibly personable, even spoke to the receptionist over the phone since they relocated studio locations and she was so helpful and kind! Would definitely come here again to check out other classes!

Though the class is fast paced, she did an excellent job at explaining each combo which made it easy to follow along for a newbie like me! Music choices we great, and everyone in the class was so nice! I will definitely be coming back.

Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out. I will def come back to this one!

At times, I had a hard time keeping up, but after going over the steps a few times, I had it down. Freda was super nice and inviting, not to mention she’s full of energy and enthusiasm.
