I had an amazing first strength class at Impact Fitness. Be, the instructor was so awesome, friendly, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the class and I am excited to attend more at this studio. The space was bright, organized, and clean. I know I am going to love it here.

    Class Pass Open Gym

Really nice facility- clean with lots of options most if not all machines or weights I used/saw looked to be in good condition and/or very new. Friendly staff too. Would highly recommend!! Bathroom/locker room was good; I used the showers and they had extra hair dryers out for people to use which I appreciated. There was also a sauna room that I did not check out due to time tho I wish I would have. Will definitely be going here again if I am in town again.

    All Equipment Group Class

Really great instructor and class! I wouldn’t go if you’re brand new to Pilates because there are small classes and the girls in my class had clearly been going for a while, but, if you have a few reformer or tower classes under your belt you’ll be ok. It’s a super small class and you’ll absolutely get 1:1 moments with the instructor. I’m excited to go again!

    POWERHOUSE PILATES

Very welcoming vibe! I was confused about where to go in and the teacher came out to greet me. I’ve done fusion type hot Pilates but this seemed more classical- challenging for the abs but not sweaty/cardio.

    Zumba with Zest!

Meg was very kind and welcoming when I came in. She told me all about her business, the fun, fitness and community she’s trying to create. I really appreciated it. She also did a fantastic job with the space. It’s so pink with beautiful murals. Attended Xumba led by Elisa Vettier who did a fantastic job. She made it lots of fun, make sure everyone was safe, having a great time and knew what to expect. She also played great music. I attended the class because I found it in Class Pass which is a great tool to try a new venue and new classes. Meg has lots of classes and I’d like to Come back and try another class. I have plantar fasciitis so it’s tough for me to do a high intensity workout without shoes. I’d probably do better with Pilates or something else on a mat.
