This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

see all reviewsMaria was the reason I got into barre during covid; when Psycle did their instagram live programme every day to keep us all sane 😂 I fell in love with it then and it was so nice to be able to finally come back to one of her classes and enjoy the same feeling I did then. Her choreography is amazing and has you thinking about nothing else other than how your body is moving, you come away feeling so energised and happily tired from the workout. I’m going to have to figure out how I can make more Friday mornings as this is such a great way to start the end of week 🧡

Obi was really great at making sure everyone was doing the exercises with correct form and focusing on controlled movements rather than just rushing through the exercises. This workout is great for people who are just getting into weight training as well as more seasoned gym goers. The gym itself is situated in a office-dense area and a lot of the clients seem to be office workers. As someone else said, give yourself an extra 5 mins to find the gym the first time you are visiting.

However, the Classpass app says it is a 40’ workout and charges a very high amount of credits (35), setting my expectations at a different level. I would have expected 2 workouts of 20’ on different days for that amount of credits. (Very premium workouts of 1 hour usually charge 18 credits max.. which is half of what I got charged for just a third of the time!)
