see all reviewsI did vaguely think I was going to die then reminded myself that I probably wouldn’t. Also time dilation on the stairmaster is real. I thought for sure it had been over 10 minutes and I looked down and saw it ticking up from 3:20 to 3:21 in disbelief. This was my first class and Glutecamp was nice because I didn’t have to worry about weights since you use resistance bands, stretchy cables, and body weight. The non-stairmaster stuff was pretty familiar to me: squats, bridges, fire hydrants, etc. Nothing too crazy. It’s pretty fast-paced but I didn’t feel myself falling behind. The instructor was encouraging and showed the new people how to use stuff before class so it didn’t feel confusing. On the stairmaster side I had to adjust down some levels because I kept glancing at my heart rate and being like…I need to slow down. Definitely a good workout!

see all reviewsLet me start by saying that I am NOT a hot yoga fan and this was a very hot class, that said Larissa is an excellent instructor. I appreciated her no-nonsense calm and soothing voice - it made me feel like I could hold the pose.. clear cues.. definitely will take her class again!

see all reviewsI wouldn’t call myself the biggest fan of cardio, but this class was actually fun the whole 45 min. Every station goes by quickly enough that you don’t burn out and it leaves you wanting more. It’s a great sweat and strength class inside a great studio.

I arrived 20 minutes earlier and had a thorough walk through from Piper on expectations. She also kept an eye on me as a fist timer to assure I was staying on course and received the help I needed. Honestly loved every bit of it. I was able to improvise the movements my body wasn't yet ready for and received the motivation I needed. I will be returning.

The instructor thoroughly goes through all the exercises (12 I think) But once you start, you quickly get a hang of the rotating and the exercises. The instructor was great at corrections in form. Ultimately, I loved it and will be back.
