see all reviewsPOUND Rockout Workout was truly amazing!! It was an incredibly fun workout that I also feel working the different muscles in the body. It also turned out to be a good workout for coordination, something I don’t really have. Rockwell Atletica also has really good facilities. The lockers and showers are nice and clean plus the aircon! The aircon is good! Especially now it’s hot season in Manila.

see all reviewsI'm new to pole and really enjoyed Nadine's class! The class was fun and not intimidating at all! She's super patient, checks on us and makes sure everyone gets individual help. Highly recommend this class to anyone starting out!

see all reviewsI'm a beginner and I've been to several pole studios in Metro Manila and so far, my experience with Teacher Pixy is the best, because she breaks down how to properly execute not just every pole technique but also the conditioning exercises (compared to my experience with other instructors where they perform the move and I follow so I tend to just wing the move and hope for the best). I also like how she is particular with the smallest movement which adds grace to my own trick. I just wish the studio adds airconditioning (there are fans though).

see all reviewsThis was my first time trying ballet, and I absolutely loved the class! Teach Marge is a fun and engaging instructor. As a first-timer, I would’ve appreciated learning some of the basic steps at the start, especially since most of the other students were already regulars. Still, it was a great experience. We managed to catch up and had a fantastic time.

see all reviewsMy first time taking this kind of class. I was only able to attend the last class of a series , but Teach Jeffy was patient enough to teach us the first half of the routine. She also took performance videos for us. Will definitely come back! <3

see all reviewsThis is my absolute, absolute favorite class I’ve ever tried with ClassPass!! T. Kayleen was so nice and encouraging. Very approachable too. I found her knowledge and expertise very evident based solely on her tips and cues. She seemed well aware of the body’s mechanics during movement and especially in the air. I only learned that she’s an international champion after class. Lots of instructors are amazing at performing (great for demos) but very few are able to adapt to individual students’ varied capabilities in order to guide them safely. T. Kayleen is one of those few. She is not only a performer but also a teacher. It was not quite my first time, but as a true beginner I thoroughly enjoyed the class!! I definitely will be back at Polecats ♡♡♡

see all reviewsI loved it! First time to try contemporary dance and this class was beginner friendly. No need to use shoes inside. Socks are enough. Teacher Qamille also did really well.
