I also asked April about the differences between the different facials, and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain each one clearly. I really appreciated that they recommended what was best for my skin rather than simply proceeding with what I booked. The receptionist also explained the change to me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I felt that they genuinely care about their clients and provide personalized service—not just simply offering a facial. That’s what I call great customer service! My entire experience was very good, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Plus points din na professional yung therapists at hindi nagkwekwentuhan, kaya relaxing talaga yung experience. May konting sounds lang from nearby establishments pero okay lang. Sulit yung 1 hour and 20 minutes plus may two rounds of tea. Bitin lang a little, so I’d probably get a longer session next time!
