However, I expected a more thorough explanation of the aftercare especially since it was my first time. Instead of just handing me an aftercare card, a brief walkthrough would have been helpful. Overall, it was a good first experience!

My nail tech, Ram, was very careful with my nails and nailed the exact shape I wanted for my soft gel extensions. At first, the lounge might seem small, but it’s actually quite spacious. They offer more services in the back, and if you try something beyond nails, you’ll see how private and well-designed the space is. It’s perfect for waxing or other treatments. Everything was high quality, and I have nothing but good things to say about the place and the service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
