see all reviewsThis is my go-to Power Stretch class, and it really lives up to its name! You’ll definitely get a good stretch here. Teacher Jenny is so encouraging and hands-on throughout the class. She really takes the time to go around and assist each student, so you know you’re doing the stretches properly. Honestly, you start getting nervous when you see her coming your way😆 but it’s always worth it because her guidance really helps you improve your stretches. Definitely one of my favorite classes! Lalabas kang may abs charr😂😂

The staff were still very welcoming and helpful. One coach even came over when I accidentally hit the emergency stop on the treadmill and had no idea what to do. 😂 Really appreciated how approachable and accommodating everyone was.
