see all reviewsThis will always be one of my favorite classes. Usually 10-15 minutes of rowing followed by yoga. Erin is encouraging, welcome, and fun. I've learned more about yoga poses in this class than in 75 minute classes elsewhere. If I don't get a pose, a word to Erin is all that is needed and she comes over to help assist.
