But Amanda put so much attention into the areas that were extremely tight. This ended up being almost a deep tissue massage for me. Not necessarily relaxing and definitely painful at times, but I feel so loose after the fact. The timer went off indicating my time was up and Amanda continued past the time, just to make sure that she gave equal attention to both sides of my body. Would definitely recommend, but this massage is no joke!
