    Kristine was very encouraging, I felt very motivated during my workout and she’s even cracked some good jokes in between our sweat session, which I loved! My only criticism is that I didn’t care for her choice of music. Music really sets the ton for my workout. I’m more of a Hip hop and Top 40 girl but not everyone has the same choice in music, so to each, his own!

    Hannah was great! Loved the combo moves. We did spend a lot of time on our wrists so would have appreciated a few small breaks (eg seated crunch or oblique crunch between high extensions on each side).

    Tough class, but I loved it! A great workout that hits every muscle - my legs were shaking by the end! The instructor was really friendly, explained everything really well during class, and gave great form corrections. I'll definitely take this class again.
