I still enjoyed it and would take it again - especially at the noon time slot, but I wouldn’t say it’s similar to other mat Pilates classes I’ve taken at thrive or elsewhere

see all reviewsGreat class that hits a lot of muscle groups and has a nice amount of variety in the exercises. Instructor is awesome and gives helpful form corrections and encouragement. Wish the studio had a policy against cell phones, since it's distracting to have people texting during class.
