see all reviewsI always feel great after Yin yoga. Marina filled in for Kandace today. Didn’t really like her teaching style. She talks through each pose and it was distracting as Yin is supposed to be more quiet, still and contemplative. The heaters were on in class. The class description states that it’s not a hot class. I did get my stretch in though, regardless.

see all reviewsOlivia’s Pilates classes are amazing. She plans ahead,is organized, and verbalizes helpful cues for proper form throughout the class. The classes are challenging, modifiable, and unique. Also, her voice is really relaxing and the music is good which is a plus! I always leave feeling rejuvenated and like I got a good workout in. I would totally attend more Pilates classes at hotflo is she instructed them.
