    My third class and definitely my favorite instructor so far. Even tho the stage spotlight wasn't working, Victor walked us thru everything and totally brought the amazing energy to the entire class! His playlist and floor routine were great and not super repetitive which I appreciate. He gave a lot of helpful info for correct form and even a pep talk at the end about setting goals and accomplishments and not letting life get to you. I will take his class again

    This is one of favorite Vinyasa flows to take in Philly! Whether you’re a beginner or have experience with yoga, this class is perfect for anyone. Heather is not only a wonderful teacher, but encourages different variations depending on your experience and unlike most instructors takes the time to explain exactly how your form should be for each pose. Her voice and music during class are just heavenly, and the space she teaches in is perfect for a Saturday morning mood. I’ll be back!

    Oscar was phenomenal. His energy was palpable and really motivated me to help push past my limits. He really helped step out my comfort zone. I would add some modified exercises however as some movements are not so beginner friendly. I would definitively go again!
