Lainey, the instructor, is amazing—she pays close attention to everyone’s posture and offers personalized guidance. She also mentioned that there was no class after ours, so we could stay back to stretch if we wanted to, with no rush. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience even better. I could feel muscles working I never knew how to localise and work before. Class was intimate enough that Michelle was able to correct my form and make sure I was going okay.
