    Great full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.

    Jamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

    Booty Sculpt

    Excellent class that cleverly focuses on the glute muscles. I had a finger out of commission and Keanya was able to help me with modifications so that I had a safe and efficient workout. Will make this a regular class in my rotation.
