see all reviewsGreat first class here - clean, organized space, kind instructor. Maybe it was just because one of the participants was chatty in a self- deprecating way, but there was a kind of full-class small talk thing at the beginning that made it feel more personal than some other classes I’ve taken. (There are only about 8 reformers so it’s a more intimate class anyway.)

see all reviewsI just finished the most wonderful Hatha Flow class with Arturo. The only thing I’m bummed about is how I took a 60 minute class instead of 90 minutes because I didn’t want to leave! He was patient, respectful of my space, and I completely trusted him as my guide. He created such a welcoming and healing environment with just two of us there. My body had been enduring tremendous stress and this class was the best way to start the week. Definitely coming back and you should join! Thank you again Arturo! 🙏🏽

see all reviewsExcellent class! Great playlist , not the typical yoga music, which may not be for everyone but I enjoyed having something different. Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.

see all reviewsGoing to Iskcon was a unique experience. It is not like other workouts on here, so don’t expect a high intensity exercise. The evening was comprised of chanting of the mantra, a speaker, dancing, and a vegetarian dinner. The dinner was absolutely delicious. It is definitely an experience to try out.

I normally don’t go to yoga classes because I always feel awkward/not Bendy enough however, in Claire’s class, she focuses a lot on the entirety of the movement as opposed to twisting yourself into a pose. Absolute recommend her classes
