She is encouraging, informative, and cares to make sure your form is correct. She offers modifications to make the class more or less challenging. Low pressure atmosphere where you can really grow and feel sure that you are just as entitled to the space as anyone else.

see all reviewsThe space is obviously beautiful, a little oasis. I take a fair amount of yin and LOVE how she incorporated a block position that IMO added to the myofascial relief with more pressure. It really got into my lats which I needed. Her cuing was easy to follow even with yoga brain. If anything I do wish I could have heard the music a little more, but thatās a personal preference and I happened to be further away from the speaker. Thank you Erica!
