see all reviewsReally good guy on the front desk. I think one of the PTs. Showed me around made me feel right at home. Towel and fully loaded showers means less to carry if I go back too. Downstairs gym is decent enough and has a cage area for squats, deadlifts, pull ups, calisthenics type training. The option to use the upstairs area when no classes was a plus.

On a nice day it’s so refreshing to workout outdoors, staff are always really nice but they stay out of your way and let you just do your thing.
