    Hot HIIT Flow Express (45 min)

    Corri was great!!! Loved her energy and motivation. Excellent focus on form and maximizing the work. FEEDBACK FOR KARMA- consistently the majority (75%~) of the excercises in the cardio round are squats for hot hiit. Everyone loves a squat but them being the majority of hiit intervals consistently is repetitive and not necc! There are so many good excercises that work the lower body and get heart rate up and also provide variety!!

    Barbell Basics

    Love the concept of this gym. You have the ability to reserve your own space so your not limited to waiting for certain weights/equipment. I booked a barbell basics class for my first visit. The class was upper body focused and coached with a lot of attention to form. Overall a great experience and I’ll be back soon!
