Welcoming environment and great beginner class for true beginners like me! Fun to learn and I loved the opportunity to practice the new lesson solo throughout the class.

    Yin & Singing Bowls

Wonderful, Calming atmosphere. The instructor demonstrated and walked us through easy to hold poses, and played relaxing music. The addition of the singing bowls made the experience super meditative. The staff and other participants were very kind and welcoming.

    *Introduction Pole: Level .5

Was a great class - I was never a dancer and super new to this sort of thing. It got kind of discouraging, because I felt like I just couldn’t get it right while others in the class could. BUT the instructor did a great job and I think I would have been a bit more comfortable if the class had more than 3 other people, but that’s not anyone’s fault.
