I liked the pace and it’s beginner friendly, because they have lighter weights to start with. Seems like a good class for any level. The structure is easy to follow. see all reviewsDavid’s Fight Camp class was a great time. I have zero boxing experience, so I was skeptical, but David was patient and thorough. As were the other attendees. The class was challenging in the best way, with a mix of typical work outs and gloved sets. I wouldn’t classify it as beginner, but it’s not hard to pick up. The rotating stations flowed well, and I enjoyed the spontaneity of sets and time intervals. I look forward to going back! I only wish I lived closer. I’m already prepared for no two classes to look the same, and improving my skills.
