Amy was very friendly and among the 2 low reviews I read about rough handling, she checked in with me how I was feeling; in fact I quite enjoyed how she scrubbed my scalp (felt like it scratched an itch I never knew I had). During the rain shower, she also used a comb to brush through my hair which felt therapeutic. Would definitely come back to try the 1h session instead!

I was also expecting a clinical medi experience using mainly only light with a doctor, where you can get in and out in 30mins but this was a full-on non-medical facial salon experience and the entire appointment took more than 100mins. It would have been ok if it was clearly stated as a facial that included cleansing, exfoliation with a scraper, massage and masks and LED lamp time so the client knows what to expect. Having said that, the end-result was awesome and I liked it.
