Need to go a few times to get used to the exercises & postures. My first time so not very sure what to expect and might fluster abit to switch between bar and weights. Otherwise the instructor is pretty friendly and encouraging. He would inform us if we should use light or more weights for a specific exercise.

Instruction was clear and studio was clean. Class was a good stretch though it might be good to state the level of experience/expertise required as students were of varying levels and the instructor was hardpressed to tailor her class accordingly.

    Muay Thai

Muay Thai is pain. Started with skipping for 5min as warmup. Then did the basic jab, cross, hook, uppercut, elbow, knee, body kicks and low kicks on the punching bag. After that did a few rounds of sparring with the instructor. For cooldown at the end, did 100 crunches and 10 pushups. Think its quite worth it. Class size was small and costs about the same as boxing.
