    This was an awesome gym. Really well organized and motivating instructor. The people weren't exactly friendly at the beginning to a newbie but by the end there were high fives going around. The workout was super hard but doable! Circuit of 4 stations, 3 moves each. Friday's is full body day so it was med ball slams, treads, ropes, etc. Will def return when I'm back in OC.

    Motion at 4 pm Thursdays has become a highlight in my week. 1. The studio space: clean and open (with natural sunlight kissing your face while on the treadmills). 2.     Finally a megaformer class with cardio work. This was my first time on a rowing machine, after a few rows I felt comfortable and Ernie was so helpful. The other students were encouraging and made it fun. Definitely give this place a try, theres nothing like this elsewhere. Beautiful studio with plenty of parking in their own lot.

    I liked this class a lot better than I thought I would. I didn’t sweat as much as I wanted but I got a lot of great pointers on form. I tend to develop my traps easily and Coach Erin kept helping me tweak my form so I would work more of my back and less of my shoulder and trapezius area.
