    First time taking a class with Toby and I will be looking out for her name when booking! The workouts were fun but challenging and she did stick very much to the arms and abs workouts which I appreciate a lot since I pick my classes accordingly and sometimes the classes don’t have too much of an emphasis on what they state. I would like if she corrected forms more since I could always use some help there but other then that I enjoyed it very much :)

    Wow, what a way to start the day! I really enjoyed this class. Liv is a great teacher and is very encouraging throughout her flow… definitely helps you get through the burn and shakes.     Class was great! Instructor was so nice and encouraging and was right along with us. It was rough! I prob need to take some more attention to figuring out which weight I’m at though; I think I overestimated my strength with stamina, as there are many reps and when I typically lift it’s to gain strength so I do heavier weights less times. This was a great challenge to provide a better all around fitness when working it in along with weight lifting. I’m ‘pumped’ to come again! Thank you! Also the front desk was super friendly and the facility was clean; though there were quite a few things that were in need of repair when looking around; including the steam room and the filtered water fountain, just a matter of time I’m sure. Parking was easy, too.

    Positive experience overall. Met new people and they were all very friendly. Class was well maintained and clean. that’s a must. The work out had verity of weights, stations , and good instructions. We had a small group but were flexible enough to accommodate anyone who wanted to take it slow or to push the pace. Got what I was looking for since I’m getting started to be more active and getting back to a workout routine to get my body stronger. This class gave me a better understanding of what to do for a better workout than just randomly going to a gym machine. Will be coming back again.

However, I have noticed that if there is an availability to take a class on the Club Pilates app (1 or 2 spots open) it will not always open up on Class Pass even if there is ample time for someone to book last minute on Class Pass, likely because one of the staff will take the open slot.
