Ive been taking this class for a month now & see amazing improvement on my stamina, weight loss & muscle gain. I recommend this class for anyone who is beginning as the instructors are patient and always willing to help with form. They also always have great edm/reggeton/ and hip hop mixes that put u in the mood to kill your daily workout ! 10/10.

This gym studio is also convenient for me since I moved to West Covina more than a year ago and I wanted to build our community here. I took a class today for a full body workout with Katherine Morales. This is my second time taking her class through Class Pass and she has been a great instructor with full of energy! Katherine is very friendly, kind, encouraging, attentive, and helpful. She is always making sure everyone was in proper good form when everyone is doing the exercises and she keeps everyone motivated throughout the session. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially if you need a quick full body workout! Katherine will put you to work, but not just push you, but in a very supporting, encouraging, and motivational way. She always treat everyone fairly and she respects your boundary and limitations.
