see all reviewsToday was my 2nd day in a row at my attempt to seek out Brazilian jiu jitsu as a beginner in the new year. Coach Pat was nothing short of amazing. He and Herb taught 3 different armbars from full mount. It was super cool to learn step by step. I was also surprised how it wasn’t as intimidating to be in presence of such high level bjj practitioners. I really enjoyed every minute. Cannot wait to go back.
If you’re looking for a studio with classes that are as challenging as they are fun…Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – No Gi
see all reviewsMy first time taking any class is always nerve wrecking. I’ve always admired Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & today I finally had the guts to attend. Coach John was substituting and he was very welcoming. Unfortunately, the 7p is more advanced, but he and the advanced ladies Mila, Michelle & Gwen were patient and kind teaching me basic fundamentals. They even allowed me to try the warm-up and some of Coach John’s moves of the day. Everyone was super welcoming, so I appreciated the impromptu intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ll be back for the 6p here at UFC CM or maybe try to the ladies gi at UFC HB. Good stuff!

see all reviewsShoutout to jessica and Travis!! Today’s workout was extremely challenging in general but I wouldn’t have been able to get through it all without these trainers! My second visit but I’m sold, as I already can see the fundamentals of BFT and their hired instructors being top tier. As they are focused on leading arduous workouts and keeping members accountable for getting the best workout! After trying countless OC hiit/strength Studios over the last year-, BFT, the trainers and the workouts are by far the most challenging and effective in the area.
