see all reviewsFantastic first experience, and I’ll go again :) Jade was so professional and informative, and the place is super clean! They have bottle fillers for water, and Netflix, YouTube in the suites, etc. I liked that their infrared unit is separate from the sauna. It is a wall-mounted unit that you stand in front of, typically for five minutes on each side of your body, while wearing goggles. You just wear the goggles because it’s bright. I always thought that I was getting infrared in my sauna at Perspire- but I think it’s just chromotherapy lighting inside the unit (which they have at Saunatica as well). I have to check :) Anyway, I’m sold on this place and can’t wait to try the salt therapy!

They were so sweet and accommodating:) I went to a another sauna place around here and all they had were rules and “regulations” listed in their walls and not as accommodating. my experience here is otherwise. The sauna is hot and clean facilities, 10/10!!

When I think sauna, I think vibin’ - could not vibe as hard as I’d have liked. Bobby’s cues were good in his class though so it wasn’t too bad. Was just ready to go clubbin after my sesh versus unwind. Will still come back but will remember airpods if so.

Sweated a bunch . Bring a water bottle . Purified water refill station here. Very clean environment / clean bathroom. Wish I could do this daily.

I did sweat a bit and became red afterwards meaning something must’ve went well, I’m excited to see changes in mood and benefits show up as I come more often.

see all reviewsThe staff member was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The sauna was in a private room with a lot of space to change and pleasure of soft towels. It was a different model than saunas I am used to using so it was probably something I did wrong but the sauna did not heat up fully during my 45 minute session. It started at 118° and finished at 140° when I had set it for 158°. I tried to figure it out while in the sauna with no luck. If it’s your first time here, it might help to ask for more detailed instruction on how to use the sauna, I will definitely do that the next time I come back! But overall it was a good experience, and I will be back.
