    Ali was a great instructor! The workout intensity was perfect for me, I had the option to modification or increase if I wanted - very pleased with that. She commented on my form and gave points of reference for exercises. I’m also impressed with how involved she was in ensuring my daughter was well while I engaged in the class. I will DEFINITELY go back!
