    TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

    Signature Barre

Combination of cardio and barre exercises. Brianna kept the energy high throughout with her encouragement and fun music. Make sure to pick up some grip socks from Amazon or buy some on site for $25. Super fun class to get your sweat on and pretty good for beginners.

    Reformer Total Body Tone

Adel was really great at explaining every move on the reformer and demonstrating what to do. She adjusted each class to the skill levels of folks there and provided modifications to make things harder or easier. Adel switches things up each class, so you probably won’t have the same class twice! Overall a fantastic instructor!

    Barre

This class was very accessible and good for beginners. Katherine has good energy and explains things well. I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.

IN PERSON Warm Pilates & Yin - ANNEX

I love Tamara’s teaching style and energy - she makes me want to push myself harder but also reminds me to be kind with myself and my body’s limitations. I love the balance of the Pilates and Yin in this class.. the movement in the Pilates is just enough to build a sweat but as soon as you do it’s time for deep stretches and calming down. Love love love it!

Barbara is the best! Her classes are challenging but fun. She’s hilarious and super entertaining, but she also pays lots of attention to technique and taking care of your body. She has a background in dance and Pilates and it’s obvious that she really knows her stuff. If you’re looking to be led by a teacher who will make sure you’re well taken care of, Barb is your girl.

Great instructor and fun workout of Pilates and Compound strength movements. It’s nice and hot but not too hot in there! Only thing is I loved the music playing and would love for it to flow better and be louder at points but overall a great workout and sweat!

This class was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, the space is lovely and clean, and Terry was so positive and encouraging. Small class size meant everyone got individual attention to ensure stretches and exercises were done correctly and with care. CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5 (50 Mins)

It was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
