    LEVEL 1: Intro

    This was my very first climber-type class. My initial opinion is that these classes are like a weird, alien spin class. The studio is posh and well located. the instructor was energetic and helpful. but the workout itself is a really awkward for me. I'm a long time athlete, and so I'm very cautious of good form. Despite my caution, I felt a LOT of strain in my low back during this exercise. This also felt very quad-dominant, which I'm not a fan of. IDK, may be worth another try.

    I love this instructor. She is so encouraging, but her workouts are tough. I liked how our first segment on the treadmill was kind of a warm up (started off walking, then jogging, then running, etc). Because some of the other instructors start out with fast runs or sprints which does not make sense. The body needs to warm up first!

    Kelly is a great instructor, super motivating and high energy. The tread part is a killer. Warnings: the workout is intense, definitely not recommended for people new to fitness. Not much demonstrations on the moves, or modifications. Everyone seems to know the sequence of the moves, and no real hands-on corrections on the forms. So if are not confident on your forms, this is not the place to start.

    This is probably the first Pilates style class that I actually felt like i got a good workout from! Normally these types of classes wear out my muscles, but I dont feel like I burn any calories. This class had me dripping sweat! Kendall was great! It took me some time to get the hang of some of the moves but I think Ill be better next time.

    Believe the hype. Evolve is an impeccably well designed gym with an equally well designed sweat/workout. It was HIIT style and the music is exactly what you need to go another round or lift a little higher. The vibe isnt stuffy or intimidating at all. Only downside: it can be hard to spot driving by and I was unsure about parking so I paid to meter park.

    Enjoyed the studio - very bright and clean. Julianne was really helpful! My only issue is kind of the same as with any Pilates class, I wish they would provide more adjustments and attention to each individual as sometimes it’s hard to know if you’re doing a move correctly.

    Caitlin is a great instructor that focuses on proper technique. She is upbeat and encouraging. This class incorporated cardio and weights in a stations set-up. I love it bc each station is only a min or two so you're constantly moving and don't get bored!!

    I thought it was a good workout and I thought Jennifer was a good teahcer. You definitely want to be done with the machine after 30 minutes, but still worked up quite a sweat. You can push it as hard as you want and take breaks when you need to and there is no pressure. It's about 7 songs of a workout plus 5 minutes if stretching at the end. The machine keeps track of time so you know where you are at. I think I would come back when I want to mix it up.

    I love November Project!! This was a special workout, as they hold monthly stadium workouts at Cotton Bowl and FC Dallas.
