    I absolutely love Katie Kanak, her attention to detail, and thorough explanation of poses, and correct posture are just part of what make taking her classes so amazing! She is so good at sequencing a class that builds up gradually, you not only get a good workout, but she explains things , and helps you get into a posture correctly, and gracefully! Highly recommend her to anyone just starting out in their yoga practice, or to a seasoned yoga practitioner! ❤️❤️❤️

From the moment you step into the studio, you're greeted with an atmosphere of empowerment and determination. I did two sessions with instructor Keith. One by myself and one with a friend (which I highly recommend)!! We received personalized attention, catering to individual strengths and areas for improvement.
