    I’m giving Boxing Union 100 out of 100!! This was one of the best boxing classes I took. I DIDN’T WANT A CLASS TO END. From focusing on form to punches for the full 1 hour non stop it was such a high intensity burn with great group atmosphere. Coach Lo was amazing and management team was so welcoming.     I wouldn’t call myself the biggest fan of cardio, but this class was actually fun the whole 45 min. Every station goes by quickly enough that you don’t burn out and it leaves you wanting more. It’s a great sweat and strength class inside a great studio.

    I really love taking my morning heated classes with Corinne. I love that she takes the time in the beginning of the class to get to know everyone’s names and she comes over to to you and adjusts when needed and motivates you throughout class. I keep coming back to tunnel Pilates because of her!

    Kelsey had a great energy! She held a challenging class that utilized all the equipment which I loved. She could improve on the way she cues/sets us up. There were many times I didn’t know what we were doing. Or she’d assume because we did it on one side, then we’d know the other side and we weren’t in the right position. She is new to the studio and she was confused with some people being on one side and it being on the left side while the people on the other side were on their right. She put our equipment away which was great. And she definitely had a challenging and fun full body , good Pilates class!

    Good workout and instructor is full of life and sure to put you in a good mood. Only suggestion to the gym like others mention on here - is for a timer to be incorporated. You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better
