    I wouldn’t call myself the biggest fan of cardio, but this class was actually fun the whole 45 min. Every station goes by quickly enough that you don’t burn out and it leaves you wanting more. It’s a great sweat and strength class inside a great studio.

    Solid workout. A few moves were tricky like balancing on the foot bar or platform which are both pretty small areas. A face towel can be helpful to add grip when working on the box because it can get slippery.

    Good workout and instructor is full of life and sure to put you in a good mood. Only suggestion to the gym like others mention on here - is for a timer to be incorporated. You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better
