see all reviewsThis class is definitely worth committing to. The decor is beautiful, be cautious it’s warm when you walk in and will be the whole class, as it states on their info. The first 30 mins were slow and you learn the moves and how to make them intentional for your body, the next 30 are with music. The instructor was so informative, she made everyone feel welcome. She answered any and all questions and made sure class was calm and efficient. It is challenging, but if you stick to it it’ll be worth it. Definitely plan on visiting again.

Her playlist was top tier and she even shared the name of one of her songs that stood out the most. She was personable and so kind and I’m so happy to have met her! Can’t wait to take another class with her next Saturday!!!
