IN-STUDIO Essentials Sol
see all reviewsMy new favorite class! This warm and welcoming space feels like community the moment you walk in. The Sol workout is invigorating, unique and weirdly addictive! it’s a combination of dance, pilates, and uses light hand weights and ankle weights. It’s great training for functional movement and mobility, and it’s really beautiful to get into the flow of the music, in synchronized movement with others. I have been back every week since I first tried it. Thank you, Amanda!

HPF - Hot Power Fusion: 75 min
see all reviewsTiffany was great and welcoming right when I first walked in studio. She directed me where everything was and made me feel welcome. I appreciate great people. I take a ton of yoga back home (visiting from west coast) it is essential with all the working out I do and as soon as I saw 75 minute class I had to take. I do a lot of 26+2, HPF, and vinyasa flow. Her temp management was nice, I prefer it HOT . It got hot and leveled off nicely once our internal bodies were producing that heat. Class flow and cueing was nice…I love my 26+2 / HPF series. It’s nice that it is a set sequence so that you see your improvement over time. If I am still in town I would gladly take again. Great experience, thank you.
