It gave me enough time to familiarize myself with the equipment and become comfortable with the facilities. Betsy never made me feel weak although I struggled throughout the workout. Truly a 10/10 class and instructor. Looking forward to my next class!

This class is for everyone, any level. I 100% recommend taking this class or any class that Vicki teaches, you may regret it in the moment but the progress/after makes up for it!!
